At Napoletana Coal-Fired Pizzeria, we believe that great pizza starts with tradition, passion, and fire. Inspired by the legendary pizzerias of Naples, we craft every pizza using time-honored techniques, the finest ingredients, and our signature coal-fired oven.

Why Coal-Fired?
Our high-temperature coal-fired oven bakes pizzas at over 900°F, creating a perfectly crisp, slightly charred crust with a light, airy inside. This technique, combined with San Marzano tomatoes, Fior de Latte (fresh mozzarella), and hand-stretched dough, delivers an authentic Neapolitan experience with every bite.

Owner and head chef Ronen is culinary-trained in Italian and French cuisines, bringing years of expertise to every dish. Napoletana Coal-Fired Pizzeria was born from a desire to bring real, old-world flavors to our community. From our carefully curated menu to our warm, inviting atmosphere, everything we do is about celebrating the art of pizza-making.

Owner/chef Ronen is culinary trained with emphasis on Italian/French cuisine.  A New York native he has 20 years of experience working with some of the NYC decorating restaurants. 
Our menu is crafted to provide unique experiences for all guests, with a focus on traditional and modern flavors. No matter what your preference is, we guarantee you will be delighted with the taste and quality of our pizzas.
